IP68 housing for tracker

This device a IP 68 IK08 housing assembly designed to fit a pcb and custom battery . The parts are produced with hard-tooling. The housing is sealed with a lid and glued. The picture below shows the transition from CAD model up to a rendered model. Next step is to make a 2D drawing to get the part produced. The latest picture is a real part.  

Housing for Electronics

This is a IP 65 housing assembly designed to fit a pcb and 3 AA batteries. The parts are produced with soft-tooling.

The housing is sealed with a rubber, a lid and 4 bolts.

It can be mounted with 2 screws or 2 tie-wraps.

DC-DC convertor

This box contains  2 electronic DC-DC convertors. The fan cooled DC-DC unit has options to continuously measure parameters and  send them via the RS232 cable connection. The box has an insulated steel lid and has 4 mounting points. The unit is designed to be produced at low quantity volumes. 20-60 pieces.

Battery pack

This is a battery pack for a prototype passenger car. It can be used for testing  the airflow by means of fog. We've designed several battery packages.
